Rwanda eLearning

I've been at it for about a year and a half. Lip service so far. Research, discovering information, talking to people, my trying to figure things out and get a little sense of what's going on and what needs to be done and how to proceed. Talked to scores of people, from Paul Kim, who oversees Seedss of Empowerment at Standford University to Charles Karacke, executive board member at Riviera High School in Kigali. We had a Skype conference last fall. And although Charles seemed interested in continuing to set up a program in Rwanda to teach the teacher and train the trainer to pass it on--English Language skills for better business communications and thus empoweerment--Paul Kim, in my view, doesn't take me seriously. At least he will not return any emails of phone calls. So I've proceeded with other contacts. I hope to someday have this beyond the talk stage. I think there's a lot to do, a lot I can do and keep myself busy as I enter retirement and begin the last leg of my journey in this life.
